Monterosa Prestige
Monterosa Prestige is a mountain bike race held annually in the breathtaking Val d’Ayas. This year, the event will take place on Saturday, June 21, 2025, starting from Brusson (AO).
It is a competitive granfondo/marathon mountain bike race designed for passionate and skilled riders.
Two Distinct Routes:
- Marathon: A challenging 73 km course with 2,885 meters of elevation gain, ideal for experienced bikers seeking a tough endurance challenge.
- Classic: A granfondo route of approximately -- km with an elevation gain of -- meters, perfect for those looking for a thrilling yet less extreme experience.
Both courses wind through breathtaking alpine landscapes, offering spectacular views of the Matterhorn, Mont Blanc, and Monte Rosa. Riders will tackle demanding climbs, technical descents, and thrilling single tracks, fully immersed in the valley’s natural beauty.
Who Can Participate?
Monterosa Prestige is open to:
✔ FCI or Enti della Consulta members
✔ Foreign National Cycling Federation members
✔ Cyclists aged 19 and over (as of race day)
✔ Non-members, who can participate by requesting an FCI daily racing license, subject to presenting a medical certificate for competitive sports.
